Quick service and friendly staff!

The maintenance people worked to find the problem (why my car didn't start on Sunday morning), and when they found everything (battery, alternator, connections, etc) okay, carefully explained what they had done, and said if the car didn't start this week, to call and they would come to see if they could find a reason. The car has been working ever since then, and Reuben called to see if all was going well. Very good work, and explanation to me.

They kept me informed of the issues that they found - time to repair and estimated cost . I thought that the labor cost was pretty pricey, but like everything costs continue to increase

My car was serviced while I waited--in less than an hour. There was a comfortable room to wait, with chairs and TV. I read a few magazines which were available. I told the mechanic when I gave him my car keys that I had had a low tire a few weeks ago, and the man who took care of the car (Tom) found a nail, and repaired the tire. I am very satisfied with the work. The people are friendly, the work is done promptly and well.

Fast service

I took my 2007 Buick into the shop to get the wheel bearing and serpentine belt replaced. The vehicle was done in a timely manner and now my baby drives like a dream again! It was also done at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I got from other shops! Thank you H&K
