They kept me informed of the issues that they found - time to repair and estimated cost . I thought that the labor cost was pretty pricey, but like everything costs continue to increase

Very friendly people. Quick service.

My car was serviced while I waited--in less than an hour. There was a comfortable room to wait, with chairs and TV. I read a few magazines which were available. I told the mechanic when I gave him my car keys that I had had a low tire a few weeks ago, and the man who took care of the car (Tom) found a nail, and repaired the tire. I am very satisfied with the work. The people are friendly, the work is done promptly and well.

Fast service

I took my 2007 Buick into the shop to get the wheel bearing and serpentine belt replaced. The vehicle was done in a timely manner and now my baby drives like a dream again! It was also done at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I got from other shops! Thank you H&K
